“The cleaness of the hotel is terrible. It seems that the bed sheet was not changed because I found some hair on it. What's worse, I found an insect on my bed and killed it. The reason may be that I opened the window due to stuffy air. I asked the staff to change my room. The staff was quite nice. However, there was still some hair on the bed sheet in the new room. In the evening, the bathroom was filled with the smell of cigarette. On the positive side, the hotel is next to an authentic Chinese……

“入住時發生很大的問題，對方說沒有我們的訂房紀錄，搞了半天他們承認是自己的錯誤卻給不出房間。後來安排了另一間飯店讓我們入住但非常遠，搭taxi要9點多歐元，雖然他們有付車資但態度非常不好，直到他們老闆出來說是他們自己的錯才和緩下來。這打亂了我們原本隔天一早要拖行李去車站趕車的計畫，並多支付了10歐元購買薩爾斯堡公車24小時券。非常不好的經驗，尤其是後來又得知hotel.com訂房網站把我們的一晚累積獎勵取消，因為我們根本沒有取消，一切都是被動地聽從店家的安排，我們說我們想取消卻跟我們說不能取消，反正就是一整個瞎，更無法聯絡上hotel.com處理，因為是台灣時間週末的凌晨時間。”

“My family of 5 used this property for two nights and it could not have been more perfect for our needs. Easy to use, reasonably priced, about 10 mins stroll from the shops and 15 mins from the main city centre. The appartment is well appointed, modern and clean. The local area is relatively non descript but it is safe and well connected. The keyless entry and lockers were real bonuses. In terms of downsides, the sport meant was on the second floor so the stairs might be a problem for some -……
