“Would love to try the main building as Hotel Weissbad next time. This time we stay with Weissbad Lodge in an attic room. The lobby is new and self served. The interior of the attic room though spacious however looks old and dirty with the choice of the floor wood and the lighting. Won’t choose the Lodge next time. But the receptionist in Hotel Wiessbad ( check in here though I stay at the lodge) was very helpful and friendly. Clear instructions and good advice on the tourist spots. ”

Service was excellent and so was dinner at the a la carte restaurant; I may even say I had the best meals by far during my 1 week in Switzerland. While the surrounding area is relatively quiet, location of the hotel is just a short walk from Gonten station which takes you to Appenzell town within 15 minutes. P.S., My rental car had a flat tyre on drive over and……

Haces self check in, a mí no me funcionó el código que me mandaron pero hay opción de poner de nuevo todos tus datos, eso hice y me indicó el número de cuarto y que tomara una tarjeta para codificar y poder entrar. El hotel está en el 5 piso y cuenta con espacios para parking justo enfrente y sin costo extra, el desayuno me sorprendió porque esperaba un croissant y un café y ofrecieron opciones saladas y cereales y yogur también. Nunca vimos staff más que al salir la……
