“Quaint property with nice pool. A/C struggle d to keep up with the July heat but it never got uncomfortable inside. Pet friendly and was able to keep my dog contained in the yard but it took additional measures to keep one gate from staying open. Gate could use some repair. Ran dishwasher on the last day but it wasn't draining so dishes didnt get clean. Would rent again.”

“Everything was as described. Host responded quickly to our questions. The pier was magical. The air conditioning was great, which is not always a given in a rental in July in Florida! The grounds and house could use some TLC, but it didn’t negatively impact our stay much. Bring a headlamp, there is not much light outside! There are motion sensor lights but they only stay on for a few seconds. There are also solar powered lights out back as the pictures show which help, but are more for ambiance.……

She was thoughtful, prompt to respond, and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We took advantage of biking through the neighborhood, exploring downtown Pensacola, and of course enjoying the beautiful private beach. Our family watched the Blue Angels practice and dolphins play right outside the back porch. The kids had an excellent time looking for crabs and……
