“My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. A little out dated on a few items, but nothing to complain about. The TV's had netflix on them, so the kids could watch before bed. The walk to the beach was short, just across the road maybe a 3-4 minute walk. Even with it being the 4th of July week, the beach was not over crowded. The only complaint we had is the elevator was broken. They had to order the part, so it was out our entire stay. It was not fun carrying all……

“This was our third stay. Marina staff is always very helpful. Launch ramp is about a mile away if you bring your boat. We fished for three days and the best fishing was off the front porch of the houseboat!Downtown Pensacola is a short walk with many restaurant options. This is a great place to enjoy the water and local life.Highly recommended!”

“We enjoyed a short 2 night stay. The condo had everything we needed. It's a short walk to the beach and short drive to stores and restaurants. It was clean.There are stairs to the front door and the bedrooms, that may be a consideration for some.I think it was a good value for the location.”

“Private pier that we saw many different sea life. Fish, dolphins, stingrays and other marine species that we have no idea what they are. Watched the Blue Angels from the private pier also. Water was clear enough to see the ground even in a few feet of water. Moon was almost full so it was beautiful to see it on the water at night.”
