“It was ok. For starters, there is not heat. There is no fireplace, even though it states there is one. There is an electric, space heater on the wall Difficult to find the place, as there is no address sign, and the road is very dark. Interior is less than finished. The bathroom door isn’t tall enough for the opening, and there is a gap at the top when it’s closed. One bedroom doesn’t have a doorknob. Privacy is lacking, overall. Outside fire pit lights turned off at 9pm on their own. This was……

“Love the fact it was a duplex with two kitchens. Each bedroom had their own bathroom. Need some TLC of minor fixes. We had a great time using this as base camp!”

“The house was great. Everything was clean. Love the fact it was dog friendly with dog dishes, outdoor kennels and even a toy. The neighborhood was a little on the unsure side with an abandoned house on one side and a trailor that shared a driveway behind the house. There were dogs next door on the otherside that barked at times. It was mostly quiet and the neighbor kids were nice. Not too far from Petoskey where we were all weekend for a soccer tournament. ”

“Modern, clean, and accessible to all sorts of northern Michigan adventures. Unexpected pros- beautiful private dock on the lake, very nice hot tub and outdoor shower, full amenities. Unexpected cons - space is private but very close to adjacent properties, highway noise isn't loud but audible, boggy area so it means bugs abound. ”

“This place was better than anticipated.Everything looked as it seemed on the listing.However the kitchen was a lot nicer in person. The kitchenware was really nice. We really didn’t need to bring anything other than food. The location is almost walking distance to knobs knob and Boyne highlands.. all bathrooms had very hot water and plush towels along with shampoo,conditioner and body wash. They provide you with wood to use for the fireplace. The sauna easily sits 6 people.there are so paint……

“Solitude and privacy Ticks are.an issue if your outdoors much.The boat dock below can get noisy.The cabin is a 1 bed 1 bath necessities only cabin. 2 twin beds and a pullout couch. Take a hair dryer. No tub, washer or dryer. NO.T.V. OR INTERNET like heaven on earth”

“Comfortable and clean cabin in an excellent location! My husband and I stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary and we loved the cabin. The property is beautiful and the cabin itself was immaculate and very comfortable for the 2 of us. The location is also a great jumping off point to explore different areas. It’s a less than 10 minutes to harbor springs and an easy drive to both Petoskey and Wilderness state parks. Also close to the tunnel of trees scenic drive which is beyond……
