“I wouldn’t book this property as a vacation it’s self but if you wanted somewhere simple for just sleep it’s good. I was a little put off about how many items were sitting out front of the property, it was a ton of random things in the front yard. A little sore on the eyes. We also wish the shoreline of the lake was more cleaned up & ready to enjoy but it was early in the tourist season. ”

“Think of this place as staying in a camping cabin except with comfortable beds, a sink, stove and bathroom with a shower. Very rustic but comfortable camping!”

“It was a great location being in between petoskey and harbor springs. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. They had clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, most anything you’d need. ”

“This is a very nice unit and quiet at the time we stayed. We were comfortable for 2 weeks and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. All appliances are new. We would stay here again!”

“I stayed here with a friend and our two 11 year old boys. This house is right next to the state park where we spent some time on the beach. The house was clean and had what we needed. There was ice left in the freezer, which we appreciated. Both bedrooms are upstairs and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom. There isn’t much of a yard to play in if you have young kids. ”

“Property area was very clean even though it just went through a horrible ice storm. Room was very clean and quiet.”

“The property is doing remodeling. Check in was difficult only because the clerk had just started that day. Room was clean, bed comfortable and their pet stay charge is reasonable, tho I prefer Motel Six no pet fee policy. Coffee in lobby was great, the breakfast just so so. Check out clerk very friendly and knowledgeable. I would stay here again for the price.”

“We had a great stay and the host was always quick to respond. Perfect location to drive into town, go for a run or grab groceries. The house has plenty of room for a comfortable stay. I would mention that the house is on a well so the water has a very mettalic odor. We would definitely stay there again.”
