“The “Half House” is such a wonderful little place to rest, recharge, and fuel your soul! It has an immaculate view of Lake Michigan and the South Pier lighthouse. It is very well-kept and clean. There is so much history to learn about the houses, the town, and the region, in general. The check-in and out processes are incredibly easy and user-friendly. There is plenty of parking right near the property even without private parking spots. Overall, I could not recommend this rental enough! It was……

“Ruth's cottage was fantastic. It was clean, quaint, cozy, and in a great location. Easy access to Mackinaw City, Petoskey, Indian River, etc. We will absolutely be back. Ruth was a great host - very quick communication and very accommodating!”

“The property is situated in an ideal location to enjoy Good Hart, The Tunnel of Trees, Cross Village and Petoskey. We enjoyed the trails adjacent to the property and hunting for stones at the beach. The location was close to the ski hill, though I will say the roads during a snow storm can get dicey. Even with slow driving, we were still able to make it to the hill in 15 minutes or so. “Went up to Harbor Springs to be with my Godchild and family. We loved the fire pit. Made popcorn and semores. Played games in front of the beautiful firer place. The view was outstanding. Loved it!”
