“Overall the property was very nice. It was great for a group with adults and teenage kids as there were two masters on the first floor and a hang out space downstairs for the kids. The location and dock for a boat as well as trampoline and second floor dock for jumping were enjoyed by all. Our only issues had to do with the cleanliness not being the best and the lack of some basics like more than one trash bag. “This cottage was perfect for my husband and I. We loved relaxing on the deck and the dock, enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife (with daily visits from deer and herons) and chilling on the couch watching TV once it was too chilly to sit outside any longer. We did not use the game room but it looked like it would be perfect for a family with kids. We rented a pontoon boat one day and had no problems pulling up to the dock. “My husband and our dogs spent the week here and it was everything we needed. Just be warned that the house is located at the bottom of a steep hill. The only grass available is at the top of the hill. I would recommend putting your boat in prior to arriving to the home, as backing it down was difficult.
