“Perfect little guest house within 10-15 minutes of everything Nashville has to offer. Quaint and safe neighborhood with plenty of dinning options close by. Hosts were communicative, accommodating, friendly, and thoughtful. Next time I’m in town I’ll definitely book again. I’d highly recommend staying here if visiting Nashville. ”

“Check in so easy, with precise directions to entrance and code. Spacious living area with king size comfy bed. We enjoyed the view of the water and neighborhood deer. Ashley helped us view properties in the area. She was most helpful with everything.”

“Property was a perfect retreat after a couple long days in Nashville. Living room had games, books, and a great TV to wind down with. The beds were comfy and sheets were clean. “My best friend & I stayed (2) nights leading into New Year’s Eve. It was the PERFECT location. So glad we chose here instead of a hotel. Downtown is only a short drive away. “Our group consisted of 5 friends who used to work together and haven't seen each other since leaving the company 4 years ago. We've been trying to plan this forever and finally did!
