“The property is just as described! Comfortable bed, cute, retro items made the room fun, amazing rainfall shower, fridge & microwave, they even supplied coffee & sweetener! Nice, safe neighborhood, pretty convenient to everything we wanted to do during our stay. I will definetly stay there again when i come back to Nashville if its available! The only suggestion I would make is maybe a small table between the bed & sofa so the person on that side has a place to put their phone, glasses, etc at……

“We stayed here to attend a show at the Grand Ole Opry. We loved the neighborhood feel and private entry to this part of the owner’s home. Very quiet and convenient. We would definitely return for a stay here if attending the Opry again or in the area.”

“It’s a really lovely house in a quiet neighborhood! The fenced-in backyard with the covered table and chairs was a real treat, with big shady trees and lots of birds to enjoy. Everything was clean and comfortable. My family would love to stay here again!”

Also gave helpful information on restaurants. We hope to rent again from Eric. The neighborhood was pleasant and easy to walk around. Only about a mile or so from every convenience you could want or need. ”
