“What a wonderful weekend. The home was perfect for us. We had 8 women in our group. We. had plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations for our group. It was very nice to have the additional refrigerator space as well. The Hot tub and back deck were very nice features to have. We used both often. The docks and all of the chairs were very nice. There was ample seating everywhere. The lake and weather were perfect. There were some items that needed to be repaired. The spiders and ants on the……

“Property was very clean upon arrival. We greatly enjoyed the deck area & the quiet neighborhood. It was close enough to get into town without issues & just far enough out to enjoy the nature. Neighbors were also quiet & respectful. ”

“We had a great stay at this property. The house is lovely, clean, and the number of bedrooms was great for our family. With two small children, having a third bedroom in case the kids weren't getting along at bed/nap time was a great contingency. Bella Vista in general is very convenient with a number of trails/lakes/streams, playgrounds, attractions, and varied restaurants/grocery stores within convenient driving distance. Tanyard Creek in particular was fantastic! The proximity to Bentonville……

“We passed through on our way south so only stayed here for 1 night both ways. It suited us for a place to sleep, and that was it. Comfy beds. Backyard good for dogs. Neighborhood is ok but doesn’t seem great. Not the best kitchen set up but we didn’t cook here. Host was gracious to allow us to modify our stay on the way back due to some trouble we had with our vehicle and needed to stay one day later. Very nice host to accommodate. ”
