Called the front office twice about 30 minutes apart to find out if it was down and let it ring at least 50 times each with no answer. Talked to same desk manager at check-in and maybe the owner/manager the next morning at check-out to complain. The owner/manager said I should have called and I told him I did with the details above. This is the second time, first was at another hotel in the area. I will not stay at the other hotel.
