“This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, I basically like this hotel because I feel it new, model, clean. I recommend to all my colleague who need to go to Sri Lanka. However, this time, I feel a bit disappointed, the room wasn’t really clean, - first day when I check-in, I find there have a bottle of water had been drunk half. - I feel the carpet had something to bite - sometime, the room service did not throw the rubbish even it was full - room service will laid part of the quilt on the……

“Old villa in heart of Colombo , tastefully renovated , quiet and clean . Very comfortable bed , clean kitchen and good food . Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . Eg 1: I had hurt my ankle the previous day, and over our 2 day stay, they assisted my wife in getting ice for my leg. Eg 2: We also needed a screwdriver to remove the battery from a toy we bought (for plane travel), and the staff went out of their way to help out with it (laughing at us). The breakfast and dinner buffet……
