“Nice location right on the water. Lots of amenities for good and bad weather days. Comfortable and easy to get to. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“Our group was 12 girls and we had the best trip. This home is beautiful, clean, and big! There was a ton of space for us all and the view is amazing. The kitchen has most of the cooking supplies you would need and there are two grills outside with gas provided. There is a fun game room and two large sitting areas. The water toys and access were great. We rented a boat one day and has it dropped off outside of the house, which made for a really easy experience. Rashid was great and answered all……

“Very spacious and well stocked kitchen for large groups. The property location was beautiful with lake access and plenty of spaces for the family to gather. The kids loved catching fish off the dock. We had to spend a lot of our first few hours there sweeping leaves and spider webs before we were able to use the outdoor spaces. There were a lot of chairs and things around the dock that were in disrepair, but after that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“We enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked. We would return. Couple of small matters of critique: some electronics are outdated. There were satellite tv receivers, but no satellite tv (or at the very least, no instructions on how to use them). Many of the doors are "creaky" and some are hard to close and lock. Overall, a very nice house at a great location.”

“This was a perfect spot for exploring Charlottesville for a few days. Loved being so close to the downtown mall, an easy walk to explore shops and restaurants there, and also the great restaurants in the Belmont neighborhood. ”

“Wow! We all had an amazing time at Cozycove. Our expectations were met and even exceeded beyond what we had imagined. This place is beautiful and truly has that cozy vibe, with a great waterfront and a lovely sandy beach. The free kayak and canoe were a fantastic bonus. We had an awesome time enjoying the hot tub, and the home had plenty of space. Our kids absolutely loved the basement, all the games, and more. Definitely a spot we’ll be returning to soon—maybe in the fall or summer!Thank you……

“My sister and I hubbed out of Charlottesville for three days as we traveled around Western VA visiting family. The cottage is quiet, in a safe little neighborhood a block from West Main St, where we found lots of great dining and shopping options. It was a perfect little base from which to explore the nearby mountains and countryside. ”

“We had a very nice weekend stay. Bed was comfy and house was great. Close enough to walk to a lot of the places we wanted to see, so we could leave our car parked in the driveway. We will definitely be back. Thank you.”

“We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend!”

“This trip was a fantastic long weekend with a bunch of friends. The house offered space for everyone to spread out and do whatever games/activities appealed to them. If you’re looking for a house that lets everyone have their space, this was great! Also any questions or concerns we had were answered and handled so quickly. Overall I recommend a stay here!”
