“Our group was 12 girls and we had the best trip. This home is beautiful, clean, and big! There was a ton of space for us all and the view is amazing. The kitchen has most of the cooking supplies you would need and there are two grills outside with gas provided. There is a fun game room and two large sitting areas. The water toys and access were great. We rented a boat one day and has it dropped off outside of the house, which made for a really easy experience. Rashid was great and answered all……

“We enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked. We would return. Couple of small matters of critique: some electronics are outdated. There were satellite tv receivers, but no satellite tv (or at the very least, no instructions on how to use them). Many of the doors are "creaky" and some are hard to close and lock. Overall, a very nice house at a great location.”

“Wow! We all had an amazing time at Cozycove. Our expectations were met and even exceeded beyond what we had imagined. This place is beautiful and truly has that cozy vibe, with a great waterfront and a lovely sandy beach. The free kayak and canoe were a fantastic bonus. We had an awesome time enjoying the hot tub, and the home had plenty of space. Our kids absolutely loved the basement, all the games, and more. Definitely a spot we’ll be returning to soon—maybe in the fall or summer!Thank you……

“We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend!”

“We were enchanted by this beautiful house! Our 18-year old daughter remarked that this is the type of house she wants to live in forever. The decor was so charming. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided (coffee setup, cooking supplies) and the rooms were so comfortable. Excellent location to visit our UVA student. We went for a lovely run in the morning (close to McIntire Park) and enjoyed coffee on the back deck/outdoor space. Amazing stay!”

“We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful lakeside property! The house was stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake from both inside and the balconies. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and relaxing by the water. The barbecue setup was perfect for outdoor meals, and we had a great time around the campfire by the lake in the evenings. It was the perfect mix of comfort, scenery, and fun. The barn attached with the house had 3 bedroom out of the total listed which has low ceiling……

“Overall, this place was amazing! Few hiccups that we felt could be better (such as not having enough Toilet paper, paper towels, etc). The stove malfunctioned at times. Beyond that we had an absolute amazing time. Very relaxing with kayaks, paddle boats, hammocks, fishing, sandbox and playset, campfire, etc). We recommend this place to everyone!!!”
