“A pet friendly home in a great location! We could easily walk to the downtown mall, to the corner or to grounds. We loved the space. One disclosure, there is not a lot of welcoming space to walk your dog for a quick trip outside, yoh have to walk down the street. ”

“This was such a wonderful property in a nice location on the lake. The house has been recently renovated and has modern amenities and decor. A screened in patio to relax on, sprawling property down to the lake and the boathouse including a nice fire pit, and a parking lot that can easily accommodate two vehicles or a vehicle and a small trailer. It's nestled into a corner of the lake so you only have neighbors to one side, and everything was very quiet and peaceful. This was an excellent choice……

“We had a great stay here - it’s such a charming house in a fantastic location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go in Cville. Hosts were on top of everything and super communicators. Highly recommend!”

“Excellent property, clean and well-appointed. Walking distance to neighborhood and downtown restaurants. Off-street parking worked well for our van. Listing was accurate except Wi-Fi wasn’t available. I’m sure the owners would have worked to fix that had we notified them - but we didn’t want to disrupt our down time in the home to accommodate that.”

“The property was very nice and in a great location. The wooded outdoor space was fantastic. The walkway to the dock was a bit washed out, but our family had no issues. They provided 2 adult kayaks, 2 youth kayaks, and two paddleboards, as well as several life jackets and floatation toys. The house definitely felt like a cabin in the woods that could use updating, but it served our purposes beautifully. The communication was on point. It is apparent that the propery owner cares.”

“We loved this property! It exceed our expectations. The house was huge and had plenty of space for our whole group. The dock was amazing. We enjoyed the game room and poker table downstairs. The owners added a lot of nice touches such as having storage at the dock, the paddle boards, and adding handrails on the stairs to the dock. Our only suggestion was to clean the one coffee maker upstairs as it had some mold in it and the master bathroom shower could have been cleaned a little better (mold……

“We had a wonderful time at the lake house. I will say that we did have a few issues that arose during our stay, but Daniel and his team were quick to address the issues and try to resolve them. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. We enjoyed every room available. The kids loved playing pool, watching tv/movies in the theater room and playing video games in the game room. The main level of the house is very large and open and can accommodate plenty of people.
