“We were celebrating Papa’s 80thBirthday and it was truly a perfect setting for our family. We never left the property. There was fun for every age. Great property for a family getaway. Thanks to the owners for sharing this property. ”

“We loved the great-room just off the dining/kitchen area, as well as the boat dock for lounging and kayaking. Used the patio for grilling and campfire with s'mores. The location at the north end of the lake is a convenient launching point for area attractions. Couldn't really use the spare sitting room as a bedroom, but fortunately we didn't need it. Had a few minor issues, but the owner/host was very responsive. ”

“Great location and experience. The stairs are a bit steeper than we imagined, so may be difficult for those with mobility issues. but they were not a problem for our family and allowed for a spectacular view of the water!”

“The cabin is beautiful, well maintained & fully stocked with everything you need & just about anything you could want. It was my cousin and I only. Not sure how comfortable it would be for 4 adults. Would rent again.”

“The property accurately matches the online description. The rooms were spacious and cozy and the location was perfect for getting downtown and around to different wineries. The living room is a bit sparse for comfortable seating and there is no communal TV. This was fine for us though as we didn’t spend much time at the house except to sleep (though some of the guys in our group would’ve appreciated it to catch some of the football games!). We had some initial bumps with the check in process and……

If you would like access to the lake then this home offers a few challenges in that regard. Beds were comfortable and I very much appreciated appreciated the amount of towels provided. the amount”

“We enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked. We would return. Couple of small matters of critique: some electronics are outdated. There were satellite tv receivers, but no satellite tv (or at the very least, no instructions on how to use them). Many of the doors are "creaky" and some are hard to close and lock. Overall, a very nice house at a great location.”
