“This apartment was in a quaint neighborhood just a short walk to restaurants, coffee, and shopping. Close to downtown and Monticello. Host made sure everything was clean and had enough supplies for a short trip. Perfect for two.”

“Great. Only problem. There were dirty dishes in dishwasher. No biggie for me so I was just going to wash them but no soap to do so. I bought some, washed and put away the dishes. I was not sure what to do with trash but left trash bag in trash can. When I got home, I found out where it should go to. Sorry about that. Place was perfect for me. Had a great visit with my granddaughter at UVA,”

“The apartment felt big for its size, as there was a door closing off the bedroom, and a partial wall betwen the living room and kitchen. No dedicated dining room, but the big open desk doubled as a dining room table when we had people over. Otherwise, we mostly ate at the little table in the kitchen, or outdoors on the porch. Or at the many restaurants that were mostly right across the street Belmont is a lively, charming neighborhood, and the downtown mall is easy walking distance. A lovely……

“We had a wonderful stay at The White Elephant Inn! The house was charming, with so many interesting details that made our experience both enjoyable and comfortable. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the standout features was that each room had its own private bathroom, which made it incredibly convenient for everyone.The only thing that caught us off guard was discovering that the owner lives in a separate unit attached to the house.
