“Wow. This was an amazing trip in so many ways. The property was perfect--great layout and extremely well appointed. The owners thought of everything and they are meticulous. The view from the primary bedroom and the back deck is gorgeous. And the hot tub was perfect for unwinding after walking a day in the snow. We walked to get lunch and coffee to the shopping area outside of the complex. Highly recommend this rental--the location was right off the highway--easy in and out.”

“We had a group of 7 adults and 1 child. The house was nice and the living room area was great with large space to accommodate a big group. Kitchen nicely appointed with cooking equipment/ utensils. The big miss here was that we never got access to the gym, community pool/ hot tub.We booked the is house because it had a community center with a gym. “The lake was particularly high, so it was nice that this was a lakefront property, though in many years, it would not have been. Still, good property. We loved the gas fireplace outside and the big grill and there was plenty of room for all of us. Check in was exceptionally easy and the place had all we needed. There were a few in the group who said their beds were particularly uncomfortable, but the bed in the master where I slept was fine. All in all, it was great.”

Great on the inside, a bit "dormitory" looking on

"We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. "
