“The Sundial Lodge had everything we needed - a full kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, a king bed, a whirlpool tub, ski storage including a heat warmer for boots, an amazing view, and a location that was central to everything. “We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”

“I did enjoy our stay! Great condo with 2 levels and balcony w hot tub. It does have a sewage smell upon walking in (maybe the main level bathroom?) and just smells dated. Maybe some nice Pura plug ins would help immensely. Overall great location, beautiful view and very serene. ”

“We had a great time. One of the toilets in the unit does not flush correctly and requires two flushes every time. They need more dishes. Only 4 coffee cups! The electric oven needs repair the thermostat does not work. I have stayed in this unit at least three times in the past. Never a problem before.”

"The curtains in the room could not be drawn up. The lights outside were on at night, and the next day dawned very early. For people with sleep disorders, it was impossible to sleep! We informed the front desk manager that night, and he said someone would come to fix it. But he didn't come until midnight. We went downstairs again in the early morning to ask, and the front desk lied that the repairman had come, but now he was off work and couldn't fix it. We didn't sleep all night! The front desk was very indifferent, and didn't try to solve the problem. He just said "sorry" coldly."
