“We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. ”

“The property is very nice and well maintained. We were there for a few days in July 2025. They are building a gondola across the street so there is some construction noise. If you keep your windows closed you do not hear it . The bed was very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect temperature. The restaurants in the area are all good . We enjoyed The Edge and the ramen restaurant was excellent. All right next door . The gondola is right next door open in summer . The area hosts summer……

“Staff quick to respond for check-in, friendly, and easily accessible by phone. Room was clean and comfortable. Rooms use door codes instead of keys which I appreciated for ease of check-out and to not have to worry about a physical key. ”
