“We enjoyed our stay at the Owl's nest. Clean, comfortable three bedroom/one bath house with a fenced in yard for our dog. The house was very well stocked with everything you would need, and extras. Laura was very responsive to our emails and there wasn't a lot of noise with 4th of July fireworks. We went into Carbondale, Makanda and Ava, all within 30 minutes away, and found hikes only 5 minutes away. ”

“The house was very clean, Steve was easy to work with, and there are plenty of supplies for us to use. This is the second time we have stayed at this house and improvements have been made. It was the right size for the two couples that stayed there.”

“This cabin is beautifully decorated and supplied with everything we needed during our stay. A very well appointed home! The beds and main-room seating areas are comfortable, stacked with ample pillows and throws. We loved the ceiling fans and the smart TV, which allowed us to watch our favorite shows in the evening after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. We visited Owl Creek, Also Pass and Von Jakob wineries, Flam's orchard and Alto Clay Works all so very close! I recommend hitting all those spots!
