“This is a great wee place to stay if you are stopping off or looking for some cheap and quick. The staff were amazing and super helpful. And offer use of the kitchen if I wanted to make some food. Honestly amazing! Also offered to make up a wee bag for breakfast as I was leaving early! I managed to get something before I left. Only thing I’ll say, the room could do a with a little TLC, the shower doors don’t close properly, the door handle is loose and the curtains need fixed slightly, but……

“I had room 7 absolutely gorgeous in every way, even though there was pub downstairs playing lovely Celtic music my room was so quiet, the decor was beautiful like cottage modern feel, little window seat you could see river ness, I sat there most of the time, the bedding 100% scrumptious white cotton sheets which I love, bed was hugh and luxurious, bathroom gorgeous, tartan tiles wow, honestly this was 5* for me. My every visit to Inverness I will try get this room it was sooooo cozy and warming……

“Great central location complete with our own seagulls outside the window! Basically on the 4th floor - not a problem for us but might be for other people. Enjoyed our stay! There was a communal kitchen that we did not know about but might be helpful on longer stays.”

“Good environment! Can see Inverness castle and the river right in front of us! The room is nice and well equipped! The breakfast was running out at 8:30am so we couldn’t get much. Not worth to buy breakfast if you get up after 8am. ”

“Adorable little cottage overlooking Loch Ness. On the same property as Clansman Hotel so close to restaurant and cafe. Across the street from Jacobite boat tours. Amazing for a girls trip. Slightly outdated but very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Stunning views of the loch. ”

“Traveling with kids can be complicated, but this stay was absolutely excellent. The rooms were both spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and check in/out was a breeze. There’s no lift, so be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs. ”
