“Great Hotel form the time I arrived to the time Ieft. so much so that I would receommedna nd return to this hotel. The price is very good fro a 5 star hotel in limassol so I was not expecting the experiance to be the best but I was wrong. The service was excellent from all staff. the food was very very good. The cleanliness was very good. Well done to the GrandResort team!”

“Everything was amazing! Lovely hotel staff, Reception very friendly and helpful. Pool staff, restaurant staff, and room attendents were exceptional! Entertainment team were great! Food was exceptional. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. English films via app. Only originally staying 4 nights but extended another 3 nights then another one night. Cannot fault anything. It was exactly what we wanted a peaceful hotel with Entertainment. We enjoyed our 8 night stay and can't wait to return. *****”

“Nicely designed rooms ”

“While this is a really beautiful boutique hotel with good food and a cozy atmosphere, there were some things which could be improved to justify the price. This is an adults only hotel and while we were expecting to be able to relax and unwind, it was quite noisy in the pool area. Because it's a small indoor yard you can really hear the noise and the music was bit loud for such a small space. The rooms are also not soundproof and we could hear noise, people checking out at 5 am, and even our……

“I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day……
