“What a down home feel. We loved this place. Very comfortable and peaceful. ”

“We had an awesome time here. Place was clean and well equipped. The host was very pronpt and onformative. Everything worked as expected. The downside was that each night we came home to the house smelling of sewage. It was an intense odor as you hit the door and a musty smell to follow. Its likely this is something to do with the water table being high and all the rain (i lived in a rental with similar).The listing also advertised a BBQ grill, however we could not locate it. “we rented the entire house, so 2bath, 3 bedrooms. Positives: plenty of kitchen items between both units. Negatives: front bedroom really noisy with street cars and garbage pu, house very dirty, kitchen floor not mopped as I spilt water drops from cooler unloading and wiped with paper towel and came up dirty. No broom to sweep up crumbs, also why SO MANY dead flies when maid was just there? I picked up (with paper towel) 12 dead flies on floor and they kept appearing , Bathroom set up on front……

“Great property! Perfect size for our group of ten! Bit of an odd layout but I just think that’s how older houses are. Right in the middle of Grafton. We walked everywhere. Loved the courtyard and fire pit. Would definitely stay again! ”
