The downside was that each night we came home to the house smelling of sewage. It was an intense odor as you hit the door and a musty smell to follow. Its likely this is something to do with the water table being high and all the rain (i lived in a rental with similar).The listing also advertised a BBQ grill, however we could not locate it. “Great property! Perfect size for our group of ten! Bit of an odd layout but I just think that’s how older houses are. Right in the middle of Grafton. We walked everywhere. Loved the courtyard and fire pit. Would definitely stay again! ”
