“Es un muy buen concepto en el cual se siente como en casa y no en un hotel. La comunicación si se podría manejar mejor dado que no hay recepción y todo se maneja por Chat, pero en términos generales me gustó mucho y volvería. Muy bien ubicado.”

“Zeer ruime kamer. Ontbijt was goed ( het was niet druk de dagen dat wij er waren). Schitterend gebouw. Bedden prima. Leuk zitje voor je kamer buiten. Fijne bediening, alles netjes bijgehouden. Zwembad hebben we ivm het weer niet kunnen testen ( is wel groot, leek niet helemaal schoon, maar werd dus nu ook door niemand gebruikt) . Kortom , het geld waard. ”

“The good part… the bed, linens, television was new, big, good signal. Central location on a busy corner. Internal sliders successfully block the street noise. Ceiling fan. The bad.. breakfast should be included. The worst. The pizzeria that opens into the courtyard is used for parties. This means loud, live , amplified music. So loud that you cannot watch the television and certainly cannot sleep. I stayed for more than a week. I will be returning to Popayan but I will never again stay at La……

“The property was safe, very easily accessible to the the downtown, clean. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay positive ie- packed a breakfast lunch for an early departure. Access to hot water was poor.”

“They were unable to locate my reservation upon check in, 30 minute delay. I ordered food and I was never informed that my food came in; 1 hour later when I inquired food was at front desk cold. Breakfast service is horrible and food not well prepared. Overall I do not recommend this hotel, very poor experience ”
