“En Nicaragua, es fundamental tener conocimientos básicos de español y respetar la cultura. Para mí, esto fue una inmersión total en el español. Esta propiedad se adaptó perfectamente a mis necesidades, aunque una cocina más autosuficiente habría sido genial. Evito los restaurantes y gasto mi dinero en ingredientes de calidad para cocinar comidas saludables. Volvería a reservar, pero se están agotando, pero pienso volver.”

“We stayed at the Bistro Estrada this past weekend. Our stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with fresh juice and big smiles. Our room was perfect, very clean adorable. The bistro area is very pretty and quaint. Our server at breakfast (I didn't get her name) greeted us every morning with a big smile. She was very friendly. We also had drinks at the bar one night and the waitstaff there were so friendly. The employees really go out of their way to make you feel……
