“Everything about this house and location was fantastic. I stayed in the house with seven friends, and we were all comfortable and pleased with everything. Communications with the owner were quick and detailed, the house was very clean, the location was perfect (walk to shops, restaurants, creek swimming and tiki bar), front porch was enjoyable, fire pit was thoroughly enjoyed, large kitchen, strong wifi signal, and the detached garage with a long bike rack for storing our 12 bikes was excellent……

“This is our second year staying in this home while we attend an annual event of friends and family directly across the pond. It’s the perfect sanctuary at the end of the day. I absolutely LOVE this home- everything from coffee on the porch to the fully equipped kitchen and the extra cozy beds is wonderful! I run a VRBO property in Rhode Island and I am extra critical of other properties- this one however gets an A! The owners are also incredibly nice and easy to communicate with! ”

“We had 6 adults and everyone was able to have their own sleeping accommodations - the house was centrally located and very close to the center of town. The host was very responsive to our inquiries and actually delivered a grill to the location because the previous renters had broken the one that was supposed to be onsite. Would definitely stay there again. The only suggestion I would make is to replace the rug on the stairs that leads to the upstairs bedrooms. ”

“This house accommodated our group of 6 adults and 4 children nicely. The kids shared the bunk room and the adults had rooms to themselves. The view out of the kitchen/living room was beautiful. Plenty of space in the family/living room to hang out and make memories. The upstairs toilet was a little finnicky, but other than that we had a blast. ”

“Had a great time, house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The location and decks right on the water cant be beat! Would recommend to others and stay again! A few things I learned that might be useful to others in making plans:- The game warden was on us within 5 minutes of dropping a fishing line in the water - make sure you have the necessary fishing license (thankfully we did)- Fishing was kind of a bust, but that cant be blamed on the house -……
