“This is a very cute little house. Everything was clean and in good shape and looked like the listing. They also had coffee and plenty of basics for the visit, which I highly appreciate, and newish bed linens. It’s in a nice community with a good wood fired pizza place a few blocks away. Only negatives are that it is VERY small - the bathroom and one bedroom in particular. And it’s a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest beach, which has zero parking. We ended up taking a car to ferry the kids and……

“This place was perfect for my family of 5. Plenty of room, very clean and well organized. The backyard was a great little escape with the hot tub, fire pit, and games the kids loved. The kitchen was well equipped, and a large dining area made staying in and cooking a great option during our stay. We were close to Washington beach and about 15 minutes to the state park. Overall, we loved the experience, and the host was very communicative. Would recommend it to anyone. ”

The kitchen had lots of room to cook and gather, was fully equipped, and perfect for enjoying meals together.The basement was such a fun bonus space with Ms. Pac-Man, karaoke, and a pool table—it kept everyone entertained for hours! The owner was extremely responsive and made the whole process easy from start to finish.Highly recommend this home for families or groups……

Claudia even stopped by to show us where everything was in the home to ensure we made the most of our stay. The house has so much character! We loved the fact that it had been updated while still maintaining its original charm. Claudia was a very responsive host. We hope to stay there again sometime.”
