“Over charged from the start eventually refundedMess from previous occupants dirty stove etc pool not working spa out of service after being told pool area was completely usable and functional. Hard to get hold of, lots of back and forth very frustrating.Ended up cancelling remaining stay, property not as advertised.Managers of property agreed to refund the majority of money paid due to the numerous disappointments.Ruined the trip won't be back ”

“Beautiful home with a large and well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and loads of different living areas. Tim is very communicative and gave us a some excellent ideas of activities to do in the area. Spectacular fire pit and so so many stars to see!Highly recommend ”

“We (2 families of 5) stayed at the property for 4 days. The house perfectly suited our families with young children with lots of farm animals around and plenty of space for the kids to have fun. The house is located on a picturesqe spot looking back at the Blue Mountains. The house was clean and well maintained. ”

“The house was spacious and comfortable. Indoor pool was definitely the highlight because we didn't have to worry about weather. The location was excellent about a 10 min drive from Lithgow. Communication was excellent from the host, I had a question and he got back to me straight away. Added bonus we got to see quite a few a kangaroos in the back. Would highly recommended for a group. I look forward to going there again. ”
