“We had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage. The whole booking and check in experience was seamless, amenities great and house comfortable. We stayed on a cold weekend (well cold for us) so the fire was amazing and kept us nice and warm. We loved seeing the donkeys and other animals. The rooster made himself heard but we loved hearing it. Only thing that was hard for us was heating up the spa but maybe we were just inpatient. There is no internet, phone or TV signal so its great for digitial detox. The cabin had tonnes of DVDs, some books and games to keep you occupied. There is a great dog friendly swimming spot a short drive away.”

“Sunflower House is a very cute, extremely comfortable holiday home. All the amenities are scrupulously clean & in excellent working condition. Just about anything you could wish for in holiday accommodation has been considered. Beds are super comfy & there are lots of cute, quirky decorative items to brighten it up. Communication from the owners was regular & comprehensive, making it quick & easy to check in & check out. Definitely 5 stars.”

“Lot of steps to reach property and only way to unload is to carry luggage - for people with arthritic problems like me this is hard. Needs to be made clear in description. Also difficult to negotiate locking the front door behind oneself since the drop to the first step is quite steep. There is only a microwave for cooking purposes, no stovetop - this needs to be made very clear in description. There is no kitchen sink, and washing up in the bathroom was unpleasant, not in keeping with the……
