“We (retired Brit couple) have stayed at Val Moret many times over 20 years or so. Dinner at the restaurant is always a highlight and the most recently acquired chef has increased the already delicious standards. Rooms are clean and comfortable, all one needs for a night’s journey stopover. (I suspect few people book a week’s holiday here but a few nights would be entirely reasonable). During 2025 there are building works progressing toward enlargement of the restaurant and reception. The work……

“Een prachtige locatie met geweldig uitzicht over de champagnevelden. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zijn altijd bereid te helpen en met oplossingen te komen. Ontbijt was mager voor de prijs van het hotel. Diner is prijzig maar dat weet je als je boekt. Kwaliteit van het restaurant is wel uitstekend. ”

“The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. The hotel offers a great list of recommended restaurants in the area and there is quite a lot of street parking available all around the property, as well as a few charging stations……

“酒店的服務非常好,入住前兩次電郵問我是否要幫我預訂些什麼,到達時前台的服務也很貼心。但房間衛生程度不合格。入住第一天,送給客人的巧克力已經打開,枕頭上有頭髮,地毯有上一位客人留下的食物,估計根本沒有更換床舖,我入住的幾天應該也不會換床舖。每天清潔都很隨便,浴袍髒了也沒更換,忘記給我們新的棉簽。以這個房價而論是不可接受”

“It’s a very comfortable stay. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are great, shower and toilet are great as well. Location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the Cathedral, and walkable distance / three tram stations to Strasbourg train station. ”
