“The cleaning service is not good and unable to communicate with staff. There was standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher where the cycle was not completely finished. The towels were old and stains were on them and the pillow cases. We had to wash everything before using them. We didn’t have enough towels, so I called the host and she had some door dash to us. The property location to the beach is very good. ”

“I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. “The room was nice, the people were nice and welcoming and the lounge chairs and umbrella that were set out on the beach were comfortable. Beach access was great. “It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. “Beautiful property, excellent food on site brought to the beach. The only thing is the beach chairs and umbrella stand and therefore the beach closes at 5pm which is odd especially if you want to experience sunset on the beach. They closed the restaurant early (1:30pm) for a wedding party so we were unable to get food that day unexpectedly on site.
