“Check in was quick and easy and staff was super friendly. I didn't see that there was a parking fee until just before I walked in for checkin. I guess I'm not used to towns this size charging for parking. Our room was clean and comfortable. My daughter wanted to take a shower just after we arrived. She hollered out at me that there wasn't any shampoo... but instead there were 2 body washes and 1 conditioner (they are the kind that lock in into a holder). The front desk quickly got me a……

“We loved the property and the carriage house. Our kids rode the paved bike trail next to the house. Loved seeing cows out the back window, and we could not smell them. The proximity to the Monument is a huge plus, and we enjoyed downtown Fruita which was only a few minutes away”

“Hotel was clean. Housekeeper didn't understand English, so had to speak to front desk about things needed. More interested in new clients than people staying longer. Bed comfy. Situated at convenient spot for food and highways. Overall a good hotel. Would stay again.”
