“We were a little concerned by the outside of the building, but inside was a different story. The place is clean and has reasonable amenities, parking was plentiful, and check-in/out process was easy. We didn’t try to use the elevator but since the rooms are on the 3rd floor, that would have made it easier getting our luggage in. Overall a great stay.”

“This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”

“The rental is cozy and comfortable. The apartment was pristine. There is a steep staircase to the apartment which could be troublesome for anyone with mobility issues. “The property was just as advertised. Very secluded, quiet, and peaceful. My only suggestion for an improved stay is in regard to the mercury vapor light on the pole in the front of the house. It was so bright that it lit up the bedroom facing the front of the house. Had to place a towel over the blinds to dim it. That bedroom would greatly benefit from room darkening curtains.”
