“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “Only spend night to fly back out next morning, hotel was nice and clean , staff friendly just wish didnt have to wait 1 hour and call twice at 11pm to get picked up from airport to go to hotel and even in the moring they only went 1x per hour ”
