“While a car and GPS/directions are needed to get to Blervie House, once there you are central to a variety of activities. For us that meant distillery tours. “We’ve been to The Bandstand several times and it never disappoints. The accommodations are comfortable, the people are welcoming and helpful, the food is good, and they have good live music sometimes. The location is lovely- steps from the path along the beach and the river trail. We love The Bandstand and stay in Nairn rather than Inverness because of it. Nairn is a lovely little town on its own, but having a place to stay that checks all our boxes makes Nairn irresistible. ”

“Very highly recommended. The hotel has had a spruce up since I was last here and she's looking lovely. Very comfy beds and powerful shower with nice products. Great spa. Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. With local people coming in to use the pool or have a drink at the bar, it feels like part of the town as well rather than just a tourist enclave. We will be back. ”

“It is a very good and clean castle hotel. The breakfast is excellent”

“Great situation for the shops just a 5/10 minute walk away. Parking at the hotel is good. Rooms spacious and comfortable and clean the only thing that is a let down is the bathroom it’s a bit outdated found the shower slippy and no where to put your shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice and full cooked breakfast is very good and hot. Didn’t have dinner was not keen on the menu but it might be good for others but not me. “A lovely B&B, the room was beautifully clean & well equipped, nice touches like fresh milk, sweet treats & bedside phone chargers which was really useful. The breakfast was amazing, locally sourced meat from the Butcher with some of the nicest black pudding I have tasted. The town and beach are all within walking distance and plenty of places locally to eat in the evening. Thank you Helen for a wonderful stay”
