“This residence is in an older historic row house neighborhood of Harrisburg and an easy drive to Hershey park. Although the home shows its age it was well stocked, had some newer furnishings and tv’s, was comfortable, clean and quiet. The kitchen also had everything we needed to prepare snacks and breakfast, including coffee. There were plenty of towels, shower pressure was perfect and the beds were comfortable. It was very hot during our stay and the a/c was welcome after long days at……

Consider visiting Broad Street Market, Midtown Scholar, Susquehanna Art Museum, the Yellow Bird Cafe, or Midtown Cinema as a part of your trip! “My husband and I wanted time with our 3 adult children and one fiancé. The house had room for all of us to have time together and have separate moments. We enjoyed breakfast at the house overlooking the water. Dinners together and so many memories were made.”

“We had an amazing stay here. The property is three levels, the main floor is the living area with the kitchen. The kitchen was very clean, and had all the cooking utensils/pans needed for us to enjoy a family dinner. The middle floor is the bathroom, laundry, and master. Newer/updated washer dryer was very nice, water pressure and temp in bathroom was perfect. Bed was very comfy! We could walk down to the coffee shop and there was a large park with the playground behind the house. Kurt, the host was very helpful. “This is a beautifully renovated, comfortable home in a quiet location yet close to downtown and the Harrisburg airport. Easy parking and a nice yard for my son’s mini dachshund. We stayed with our adult children to attend a wedding and while we didn’t take advantage of the kitchen, it is a chefs dream! If we are back in the area, we will stay again! ”

“My daughter's wedding was in York, PA and I needed a large home for our family, since we were all coming from distant states. It was the perfect house for us with spaces to gather and not feel cramped. Our group had a 7 yr old and the rest were 27 to 81. With all the bedrooms, everyone could retreat as they needed and not hinder those still socializing. The games provided were a suprise & huge hit with everyone! “Chika is a very gracious and communicative host! She was also accommodating and super friendly. The home itself fit the needs of our group for a one-night stay. There was plenty of room and the bedrooms and bathrooms were equipped with everything we needed. Chika even included toiletries that came in handy for some of us.
