“We stayed here with our two dogs for a weekend, just to get away from the city and our regular weekend grind. The home has a lovely original “cabin” A-frame with an upstairs loft, and a gas fireplace that kept the main room nice and warm. There is a main bedroom and bathroom addition that is very generous in size and spotlessly clean. Kitchen is compact but very functional, and appointed with everything we needed for two nights of movies, board games and home made meals. We are already talking……

“I had a girls trip just me and a friend and this cabin is perfect for a simple stay in the middle of nowhere. I love that there’s a restaurant/bar in the parking lot. We went and they were having a karaoke night and it was just so much fun to watch! The place was clean. It’s not a hotel room by any means so just keep in mind you are staying in a cabin. “We absolutely loved this little home. It had breathtaking views that made you feel far from everything even though you're just in a typical suburb. The house is old and it's obvious, but that adds to the rustic charm. You can tell the owner loves it. There are kayaks and firewood in the garage and some basic kitchen essentials.
