“Do not stay here. Worst experience ever with VRBO. We flew across the country and checked in and the one bathroom was completely locked, kitchen lights did not work, place was freezing and heat barely worked, duvet cover had a stain, etc. We reached out to the host about the bathroom being locked and was told that their pre-check in showed the bathroom door was open??? Which meant absolutely nothing to us since it as we found it was locked when we immediately needed to use it when we got to this……

“The host was super-fast with communication, and the apartment itself had everything we needed. For the most part it was kept clean, although since it is an old building there are areas where you can tell. It is also in an apartment complex so you can hear a lot of the other people in the complex, and vice versa, which was expected.
