“Staffs are the best of this staying experience. Hotel condition certainly will benefit from proper update but room prices are reasonable. Parking spacing if done properly would certainly avoid people parking in two spaces. Many large bugs are found in room but have to give up changing room after the second room as they didn’t have another one for us to change to.”

“Sehr geechmackvolles, modernes Ambiente. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr ruhig, zumindest am Wochenende. Öffis in der Nähe zur Erkundung der Stadt. Freies Parken im Umfeld war gut möglich (zumindest am WE).”

“Das Hotel befindet sich unweit vom Bahnhof entfernt, was super praktisch war, da wir mit der Bahn angereist sind. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr modern ausgestattet. Vorallem hat mir gefallen, dass kein Teppich in den Zimmern verlegt war, sonder Holz. Das Frühstück war üppig und lecker. Zusätzlich gab es einige vegane Optionen. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt 🤗”

“非常糟糕的體驗 1.床單有大片污漬。 2.冰箱無法正常使用。 3.房間不通風，電風扇很小台，如果開窗會有許多蟲子。 4.洗衣服務很糟糕，將未完全烘乾的衣服折在一起。 5.第二天房卡無法感應；撥了至少十分鐘的緊急電話才有人接。 以上糟糕的體驗補償是免費停車2晚和免除洗衣費用。”

“A hotel that would write the name of a country incorrectly, mixing up Taiwan and “Taiwan, a province of China,” which is clearly a mistake made by someone with insufficient knowledge. Does opening a hotel really need to involve unnecessary politicization? It’s a shame that such a beautiful city like Heidelberg is marred by this hotel’s actions.”

“公寓式酒店，該有的杯、盤及洗滌用具都一應俱全。我看到酒店也設有洗衣機，這在歐洲許多國家的酒店都是少有的。只可惜，我們已經在前一站洗了衣服了，沒用上這個設施。房間相當乾淨、整潔，也夠寛敞，又在火車站旁，地點超級方便。非常推薦。”
