“Lovely property. Rooms are large and comfortable. The closet/bathroom door combo is a nice aesthetic, but given the weight of the door, a handle on the interior would be nice to have. The other odd thing is the width of the tile around the bathtub/shower (which needs to be cleared to get into the shower). It's high and wide, creating an opportunity for a slippery accident. “Foxkit cottage was very welcoming, relaxing, and perfectly curated to be both beautiful and comfortable. The hosts thought of everything that would be needed to make this little oasis a home away from home. Now, the total showstopper was having the majestic ocean as the backdrop to such a lovely home. We could not get enough of the sound of the crashing waves, and the hot tub…icing on the cake! We had an absolutely wonderful time connecting as a family. We definitely plan to book again. ”

Wonderful site, a few tweaks would make it amazing

"We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. The hotel facilities, which included a small pool, hot tub, gym, spa and a bocce ball court, overlooking the coast. The quality and tastes of the food was average at best. We enjoyed some “happy hour” snacks and breakfast on-site. Overall, the food was a bit bland and a touch too salty. The view from the restaurants was spectacular nonetheless. Overall, we had a wonderful visit to the area and this facility."
