“The homeowners were fantastic. The house was clean, spacious, well maintained. The sunset was viable from the front porch, and it was so colorful. I loved having coffee in the morning, sitting outside on the rocking chairs. They had four small pigs that my older kids loved feeding. I will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Springdale. ”

The garage was clean and we did use it to park. Website pictures were accurate and layout of house was great with master on one side and other two bedrooms on the other. “We had a great stay at this property. The house is lovely, clean, and the number of bedrooms was great for our family. With two small children, having a third bedroom in case the kids weren't getting along at bed/nap time was a great contingency. Bella Vista in general is very convenient with a number of trails/lakes/streams, playgrounds, attractions, and varied restaurants/grocery stores within convenient driving distance. Tanyard Creek in particular was fantastic! The proximity to Bentonville……
