“With permission from the owner, we stayed at the property for our micro-wedding and reception. We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations, gorgeous scenery along the river, and diligent property managers. Upon check-in the day before the ceremony, we called management to ask to have the grass cut and they arrived within hours to make the grounds beautiful for our outdoor event. “Beautiful property! We had a great time. Loved the well stocked and spacious kitchen, which had all the gadgets and utensils that one would need. Outside, the surrounding area was great for bird and nature lovers like us. During just a few hours one morning I observed and photographed a rose-breasted grosbeak, ovenbird, Nashville warbler, indigo bunting, yellow-bellied sapsucker and great-crested flycatcher. Thanks for enabling such terrific memories for us!”

“I went up with my best friend to attend a wedding on a different lake in a nearby town. The location of this cottage made it easy for us to get to and from the wedding. While the cottage has lake access, it’s not any type of beach front but you can load kayaks easily. However the ease to find a public beach is easy enough.
