“Everything about this property exceeded any expectation I had. The view- the land/rockscaping that takes you down to the river is just beautiful. The river is so close to the house the views are stunning every direction you look. There is a “patio” area that is literally on the river with comfortable furniture and is covered and dry even when it rained. The house is immaculate, clean and so comfortable. The decorating is just so cool and inviting it is hard to describe. The beds and bedding are……

“Not only is the host a great communicator but the property was just the same as the description. It was very clean, comfortable, and in a comfortable location. This is a great place to stay if you’re looking to be close the Higgins lake or close for fishing on the au sable river. Definitely would stay again! 10/10!”

“This chalet is gorgeous as is the view and surrounding neighborhood. We rented sleds at Snowbelt - 10 minute drive and hopped on the trail there. Plenty of parking and privacy. Would definitely stay here again. ”
