“吹風機壞了，房間的暖氣也沒作用，煮熱水的水壺也漏水…… 第二天早上整理房間，我們還沒出門（我們住兩晚），清潔人員敲門沒等我們回應，馬上開啟房門進來要清潔，這動作讓我們很錯愕，是否該等房客回應再開門呢？實在有待改進! 不然，飯店地點是不錯，下樓就是熱鬧的老城區!”

“Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful. Even though I explained I have a disability……
