“Für den recht günstigen Preis bekommt man ein kleines, sauberes Appartement in sehr zentraler Lage, man kann quasi alles fußläufig erreichen. Ein kleines Manko ist die Lärmisolierung. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Fenster sind nicht schalldicht, man hört fast alles von draußen. Für einen Wochenendtrip aber völlig ausreichend”

“Lovely place to stay in Graz. Very clean cosy and homely. Very well equipped. Very good communication with the owner. Very easy to find. My only complaint would be for a mirror in the bedrooms upstairs. Other than that a fantastic place to stay. Close to the city, we walked but can get a bus or tram. Within walking distance to a spar and Lidl. Thankyou for letting us stay in your lovely home ”

“Great apartment, wonderful location, and great communication and support by the owners. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay there again!!”

“By a little walk to the old town of Graz. In this house almost everything is perfect. Comfortable bed and living space of house with well equipped kitchen and laundry.”

“The property worked well for us. Though small, it had everything we needed. Washer and dryer worked by it took a longtime to get one load done. It was a short walk across the bridge to Old Town which we expected. What we didn't expect was the road construction on the street the property sits on. We had a hard time locating the property since GPS send you to the torn up street and you can't drive down that. Further construction in the area made is difficult to navigate initially, so arrival and……
