“Very clean with modern amentities and quiet. Great wifi speeds. Terriffic view. We had a car so climbing up to the property was fine, but would be a challenge without a car (although good exercise!) Nearby Beaulieu-sur-Mer has great restaurants and large supermarket. Regular train and bus service at the base of the hill. 6 minute train to Monaco.”

“house was pleasant, very clean. views from terras and swimming pool beautifull. lot of stairs if you, use your car you'll be in city centre in 5 minutes. if you like to walk know that you have to walk about 100m down and up again. and then like 30 minutes to old town. but down the hill are bakerys boucherie, restarants etc. contact with owner and with "congierge" was easy and quick.”

“The owner was very kind and great. We rented a large car so it was difficult to get into the parking lot. I think a smaller car is best. The kitchen and other facilities were good, and above all, the view was beautiful. I'm glad I used it.”

“We had a great week in Menton in this central villa. Everything you need is so close by. The pool, BBQ and terrace were perfect. The house has lots of rooms and is well stocked with towels and kitchen equipment. It is quite cluttered with furniture and ornaments but everything is clean. We had an issue with the broken dishwasher door and the water temperature during our stay. The good weather and location made this a great week.”

“This rustic villa provides spacious accommodation on the outskirts of the village of La Turbie, with a stunning view directly down the hillside to Monaco. Rooms are large and there is plenty of storage space, there's a smart TV in the lounge with Netflix etc, and WiFi throughout (though we found it tended to drop out in some of the downstairs rooms). Parking is easy on the road next to the property garage, or in the garage itself. The garden itself is on a steeply terraced hillside - perhaps……

“Lovely stay! The concierge did not communicate with us the day of arrival and we were waiting outside for a 45Minutes before they texted back and sent an email detailing how to access the location. Aside fromThat small hiccup the owner was responsive to all messages, the place was lovely, stay was great. Amazing visit. ”

“Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille (franco-suisse) dans l'appartement de Raymond. Accueil chaleureux, hôtes très gentils, discrets, mais toujours disponibles. Centre de Menton proche, facilement joignable en bus ou à pied. Nous ne nous sommes pas ennuyés une minute malgré un temps peu favorable. Logement spacieux et agréable, un peu juste pour 4 couples (canapé-lit dans le passage). Équipement très bien. Par ailleurs, nous avons beaucoup apprécié que Raymond accepte la présence……

“We loved this property. The views are spectacular and had enough space for 6 of us plus dog to relax and enjoy our holiday in comfort. We didn’t use the car at all but walked into Menton via the old town and also caught the train to Monaco and Eze. It’s quite a hike back to the property but if you don’t want to walk, then taxis will take you back. It was lovely to come back to the property after a full day out and enjoy an aperitif on the various terraces. ”

“De toutes les locations que nous avons faites, celle-ci est de loin la mieux ! Appartement impeccable où rien ne manque, situé entre mer et montagne dans un cadre calme avec belle vue. De plus Joëlle et son époux sont sympathiques, accueillants, serviables et à l'écoute. Ils sont tout simplement adorables ! Nous les remercions encore de tout coeur. “The first thing we all said on arriving was that the photos we had seen didn't do this lovely house justice! The villa is a beautiful, well-equipped home, with an absolutely stunning view of Menton and the bay, and the town and beach a 15-20 minute walk down the hill. The main shopping street and old town are just a little further. We managed without a car: there are 6 buses a day in each direction, and an Uber if you need it (costs about 12 Euros from the station). In the 32 - 36 degree heat,……
