“We had a lovely time in Simona's villa at the heights of Menton. There is a splendid view of the sea and Cap Martin from the terrace and the perfect pool. We really enjoyed the fact that there is no one overlooking the property and the large grounds. The rooms are spacious and there is also a safe off road carpark. The walk to town is about 10-15 minutes on a steep but well maintain and lit path. We never used the car during our stay, but got a lot of exercise...The villa is in a quiet area but……

“Wir haben diese geräumige Ferienwohnung für 6 Personen gebucht. Unsere Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. In der Ferienwohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt...von Spültabs bis zur Grillkohle war alles für die ersten Tage schon bereit gestellt. Alle Schlafräume sind klimatisiert. Wir haben eine sehr saubere und ordentliche Wohnung vorgefunden.An den ersten Tagen mussten wir uns noch an den Straßenlärm trotz geschlossener Fenster gewöhnen, aber das haben wir nach paar Tagen……

“Summary: The accomodation was even more beautiful than in the pictures and the host was very welcoming and accommodating.Check-In was seamless. Host explained everything and also left written documentation for the amenities.The kitchen is fully equipped to make food for any occasion and has a lovely view.Our group of 6 had more than enough space, both in- and outdoors.The beds were really comfortable and the facilities (bathroom, shower, pool, jacuzzi, ...) were clean (and the outdoor facilities……

“This villa was perfect for our family vacation! It was tucked away in the mountains but still close enough to jet down to the beach and to the neighboring towns. The views were absolutely stunning and we enjoyed many pool days and meals outside. The house was in great condition and had most of the things we needed. If anything was missing or not working, the amazing host Rhiannon was quick to respond and fix the issue. She also provided wonderful local recommendations and stocked key items at……

“Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit Terrassen und Balkonen, hoch über Menton gelegen mit super loller Aussicht. Wer Ruhe sucht, z.B. nach Besichtigungen oder anderen Aktivitäten in der Region, ist dort gut aufgehoben. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich, wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. ”

“hôtes très gentils, panorama exceptionnel, maison agréable et très calme, grande piscine attenante, beau jardin et espace frais à l'ombre et bien sûr des espaces confort au soleil. cuisine bien équipée. accès à la plage en 15 minutes à pied (115 m de montée au retour). accès et parking adapté jusqu'au voitures de taille moyenne ou petite.”

“Great location , 5 minutes walk to city center and beach. House is nice and works well for a family of 4 with grownup children. The outdoor area connected to the kitchen is the highlight of the building. A lot of different equipment is available, we enjoyed the bikes, did not spend time in the gym.”
