“I really enjoyed staying at the Owl Getaway and didn't want to leave when my time was up. It was a perfect little place to get away: Secluded and quiet (except for being able to hear traffic on the road above - though it doesn't get a lot of traffic). The screened-in porch among the trees is great! The listing is literal when it says "shower only" for the bathroom: It not only means no tub, but that the sink is in the kitchen. I'll also say that I did drink the tap water, too, in case anyone is……

“Lovely view where the chalet is located. Plenty of family things to do: games, ping pong, pool table, and nice hot tub. Loved the screened in porch for evening meals. Plenty of room for 6 adults and two children. We normally cook our meals at the property so there was plenty of cookware, dishes, silverware. The only negative were the baking sheets…which need to be replaced but since we can line with reynolds wrap, this is no big deal. And I certainly realize, many people use these baking……
